§ 8-90. License or registration card.

(a)

A current license is necessary and must be in accordance with V.T.C.A., Occupations Code ch. 1305 administered by the state department of licensing and regulation.

(b)

Every holder of a license or registration card shall carry his registration card on his person at all times while doing electrical work and shall produce and exhibit it when requested by any electrical inspector or proper official of the city.
