§ 36-153. City use of vehicle storage facilities.

It shall be unlawful for the city or any of its agencies, including the police department, to utilize any vehicle storage facility for any purpose unless licensed under this article or the Texas Motor Vehicle Commission Code, V.T.C.A., Occupations Code ch. 2301.
