§ 12-95. Article provisions not a bar to prosecution for maintaining nuisance.

Nothing herein shall be deemed to foreclose the prosecution of any owner or occupant of land maintaining a nuisance as defined in section 12-92 in violation of any ordinance of the city or any law or statute of the state, including, but not limited to, prosecution under V.T.C.A., Health and Safety Code ch. 756.
