§ 9.21. Where taxes payable; no demand necessary.

All taxes shall be payable at the tax collector's office at the County Courthouse, or other places in the County as may be specifically designated by the Council or the Tax Collector of Hardin County, Texas.

No demand for such taxes shall be necessary but it is the duty of the taxpayer to make payment of such taxes in cash within the time specified.
